COMD358: Lessons from Boeing’s 737 Max Crisis
Over the years, communication has been playing a significant role for many organizations. Regardless of the industry, it was always a strong perk, especially in service-based professions such as medical doctors, consulters, human resource specialists, etc… Even though a majority of people have a great understanding of communication skills; they frequently tend to be angry and anxious. Due to such cases, we may see conditions that strongly impact companies’ long-term business workflow. From my perspective, communication problems with colleagues are fully expected, especially in our contemporary world. However, we still should find ways to elaborate our problems to improve our relations and well-being. Today, I would like to highlight the famous communication crises derived from Boeing, a well-known aircraft manufacturer.
Before I begin, I want to divide my article into three parts:
